Building a support bot

Support bots help answer customer questions automatically.

Step 1 — Create a support agent

Create a new AI agent and name it Customer Support Bot.

Step 2 — Add support documentation

Upload FAQs, documentation, or support articles into the knowledge base.

Step 3 — Configure responses

Adjust the agent instructions so it answers questions clearly and politely.

Example instruction:

Answer support questions clearly and escalate complex issues to human support.

Step 4 — Test common questions

Ask the agent common support questions to verify its responses.
