Businesses running intelligent software they own.
Enterprises, startups, agencies and causes that went from spreadsheets and stuck ideas to production software — built with them, owned by them. Here’s what they shipped.

Invoices that type themselves into the books
Opticom is a large manufacturer of agricultural equipment. We built them an AI agent that transcribes incoming invoices straight into their accounting system — no more manual data entry line by line. It saves their finance team a significant amount of time every month.
Every product listing, written and live without lifting a finger
IVIS (Veselina BIS) runs a chain of stores and tanning studios selling branded perfumes, cosmetics, healthy foods and household goods. We built them an AI agent that enters product descriptions directly into their e-commerce CMS. Their team no longer writes and uploads listings by hand.
Winning EU funding for towns without a grants team
Janev & Janev is a public-relations and public-affairs consultancy founded in 1993 and part of the global WorldCom PR Group. We helped them build an AI service that guides Bulgarian municipalities through applying for EU funding programmes. It turns decades of public-affairs expertise into a tool that does the heavy lifting on applications.
The first AI accountant for Microinvest Delta Pro
AI Conto turns an accountant’s expertise into an AI agent that books invoices straight into Microinvest Delta Pro. It’s another Transform graduate — we built the first part of the product together, then the founder carried it on alone. Today it has processed 50,000+ invoices at 99% accuracy, handles up to 50 a minute, and saves clients 15+ hours every month.
An aircraft engineer we taught to vibe-code 115,000 lines
Martin is an aircraft maintenance engineer, not a developer. Through Transform we taught him how to vibe-code, then he built JobAvion — a professional ecosystem for the aircraft industry — largely on his own: 115,000 lines of code, 20 microservices, 215 deployed versions. We supplied the method and the platform; his twenty years on the hangar floor supplied everything software never could.
Turning HACCP paperwork into a SaaS that runs itself
E-Dnevnici is a SaaS that fully automates HACCP hygiene logs for restaurants, shops, bakeries and gyms — no more filling diaries by hand. Its founder first went through Transform on an earlier project, graduated, and then built E-Dnevnici entirely on their own. It now saves users 300+ hours a year across 16+ types of log, with one signature a day.
A full AI agent shipped for a client they couldn’t serve alone
Valival is a digital agency — web, marketing, SEO, design and software. They came to us to build an AI agent for a large e-commerce store, the kind of build well beyond what their team could deliver, and certainly not on that timeline. With OpenKBS behind them they shipped it fast and kept the client relationship.
An agency turned its marketing know-how into a product
Mitko is a productized AI marketing agent built by the Valival agency — it interviews a business, then creates content, generates images and runs marketing tasks 24/7. Instead of billing the same expertise by the hour, Valival packaged it into a subscription product with its own plans. It’s a textbook example of an agency productizing what it knows.
A creative studio building its own site and its clients’ work
CLAVEO Studios is a production-first creative agency in Sofia — advertising production, photography, brand strategy and digital marketing. They use OpenKBS both to build their own website and to deliver software for their clients. It lets a craft-led studio take on technical work that used to be out of reach.
SkyGuard: an AI that watches over Bulgaria’s forests
Bulgaria is second in Europe for forest fires — around 600 a year, and the alarm usually comes after the flames have caught. We built SkyGuard for Fire Brigade1: an agentic AI that watches their network of camera towers around the clock and works alongside firefighters inside a Telegram channel, raising alarms, weighing evidence and remembering the terrain. It even tunes its own watch schedule to the fire-danger index — about 86% cheaper than looking non-stop, without losing coverage when it matters.
A national sports-vote platform, built in a single meeting
Glas za Sport is a public-consultation platform for Bulgaria’s Ministry of Youth and Sports: an interactive map where you pick your town and vote for the sports facility it’s missing — an ice rink, a tennis court, a pool. The working beta with an admin panel came together inside one meeting; over the next two weeks Martin Atanasov built it out, alone, into a complete voting system. It drew over 16,000 votes in its first ten days — no five-figure budgets, no EU programmes, no public tenders.
A civic platform for the roads the state forgot
Razbiti (“broken”) is a citizen platform for Bulgaria’s neglected roads: anyone can file a petition with photos, gather votes — one per person — and build pressure that institutions can’t ignore. It’s one of our own in-house initiatives, built to show what a small civic project on OpenKBS can do. We run it ourselves, as a cause we believe in.
Neighbours helping neighbours, with privacy built in
Sased Nablizo (“neighbour nearby”) connects people in the same neighbourhood to help each other with everyday tasks — walking a dog, picking up medicine, a small repair — for free, on a volunteer basis. You register, choose whether you’re asking for or offering help, and the platform matches you with neighbours close by. Every conversation runs through the built-in chat, so no one shares a phone number or address unless they choose to.
Every one of these started with a single call.
